These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of iOrtho+ Premium mobile application (“App”), operated by DTG Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
- Purpose of the App
The App is designed to support orthopedic patient care by providing educational materials for the examination and treatment of orthopedic conditions. The App is intended to complement, but not replace, professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical judgment.
- No Medical Advice
The content provided through the App is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.Users should always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning or modifying any treatment plan.The App should never be used to diagnose medical conditions or replace emergency medical care.
If you experience adverse signs or symptoms, immediately call 911 or your local emergency services.
- User Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.
- HIPAA Compliance and Privacy
Where applicable, the Company complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and its implementing regulations regarding the protection of Protected Health Information (“PHI”). No patient data is collected or stored by the App
- User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Keep your contact information current.
- Secure your mobile device using passwords or biometric authentication.
- Log out when using shared devices.
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its servers.
- Reverse engineer or modify the software.
- Upload malware or malicious code.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Impersonate another person.
- Interfere with operation of the App.
- Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection
All software, source code, databases, educational materials, clinical protocols, illustrations, photographs, videos, graphics, animations, user interfaces, documentation, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other content contained within the App are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.Users may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, display, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the App.
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use App content to train or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- Extract or scrape data, images, or videos using automated methods.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the Company.
- Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services including electronic references for tests and techniques described in the App. The Company is not responsible for the availability, privacy practices, or content of third-party services.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, and freedom from errors.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages arising from use of the App.The Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the claim.Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
- Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and attorneys’ fees arising from:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Misuse of the App.
- Violation of another person’s rights.
- Unauthorized use of another person’s health information.
- Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access immediately if users violate these Terms, compromise system security, or misuse the App.
- Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting within the App unless otherwise required by law.Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

- Severability
