iOrtho+® Premium is a subscription-based mobile app resource focused on tests/techniques of joints in the human body. One can subscribe monthly or yearly. While textbooks are only updated every 3-4 years, iOrtho+® Premium is updated semi-annually to provide you with the most current resource possible. With more than 450 clinical tests and more than 120 manual techniques, the Premium version puts the volume of a textbook at your fingertips for a fraction of the cost . iOrtho+® Premium also includes high-quality images and videos to enhance the user experience.
iOrtho+® Premium is designed to make navigation as simple as touching 1 of the 8 joints/spine areas on the skeleton to then drill down to the sub-categories of clinical tests and manual techniques. Tests/Techniques are organized by location and tissue to make finding a task easy. In an instant, you see a high-quality image/video with access to a concise written description, statistical data, and references.
These items indicate a variety of valuable information. Please select the “Hamburger icon” (3 stacked lines) on the home screen. Select the “Resources” tab to read all about how these items are used in iOrtho+® Premium app. Here is a brief summary:
  • The RED glove is used on the hand performing the stabilization of a structure while the GREEN glove is on the hand creating a movement or mobilizing force
  • Arrows are used to indicate the direction of movement or force application. X’sare used to indicate a point of stabilization or resistance to movement.

  • The arrows & stars in the right column of the clinical tests are to help you quickly identify strong diagnostic and/or screening tools.

    • Individual tests that have sensitivity > 90% are depicted by  i.e. rule OUT the diagnosis (Sn-OUT)
    • When several tests are clustered together to yield a sensitivity > 90%, a     is used
    • Individual tests that have specificity > 90% are depicted by   i.e. rule IN the diagnosis (Sp-IN)
    • When several tests are clustered together to yield a specificity > 90%, a    is used
iOrtho+® Premium subscription comes in monthly and yearly options. Monthly subscriptions cost $1.99 USD and yearly subscriptions cost $9.99 USD. Please note that prices may vary for purchases outside the USA based on conversion rates.
Subscriptions are exclusive to subscribed platforms. So, Android versions can only be used on Android devices and iOS versions on Apple devices. However, the web version can be used on any device with internet access.
Yes, you can purchase subscriptions for as many platforms as you wish for as many devices as you use.
For Android & iOS versions, you can purchase the iOrtho+® Premium subscription by navigating to the profile screen and clicking on “Purchase Premium.” Select your preferred subscription and click on the purchase button. You can complete the transaction on your android/iOS in-app purchases. For the Web version, you can purchase an iOrtho+® Premium subscription by hovering on the “Account” tab and selecting the “Purchase” option. Select the desired subscription, enter your credit card details to purchase, and click on Purchase to complete the transaction.
Once your payment is successful, your subscription will start immediately. In some rare conditions, it might take up to 24 hours to process.
Yes, bulk purchases are available at a discounted rate. The rate is based on the volume purchased.. You can request redeem code information and rates by emailing info@iOrtho.xyz.
Yes, you can IF you are using the same platform. In other words, you had an Android phone and you replaced it with an Android phone. Or, you had an Apple device and you replaced it with an Apple device. In this case, go to “Manage Subscriptions” and click on the “Restore Purchase” option. Your account with the current subscription will be restored. IF you were using an Apple device and your new device is an Android, cross-platform usage is not possible. Once registered on a specific platform, you can use the application on that platform only. The Web version can be used on any device. Go to “Manage Subscriptions” and click on the “Restore Purchase” option. Your account with the current subscription will be restored.
Although iOrtho+® Premium application is only in English, it is available all over the world
As a demo user, only one joint module i.e. “shoulder” will be accessible. Access to the other joints requires a subscription purchase.
It may take up to 24 hours. If the issue persists, try logging out of the application, logging back in, and selecting restore subscription. If you purchased a web version and try to access a mobile version, you will be asked to make the purchase. Versions of iOrtho+® Premium app are specifically valid for the platform purchased only. The issue might be due to a slow network connection. If the issue persists, re-installing the application may solve the problem. If you are using the Web version, try logging in to the app via the “incognito mode.” This can be found by clicking on the “3 dots” in the upper right corner of your screen.
No, unauthorized copying of the content for any reason is expressly forbidden. Individuals may be liable for copyright infringement from unauthorized duplication in any format.
You can contribute to iOrtho+® Premium by sending a test or technique to info@iortho.xyz. The test must be a published test in a peer-reviewed journal. Please send the test and the reference. If your contribution is included, you will be rewarded with a gift card and credit within the app.
To keep your account secure:
  1. Never share your password with anyone.
  2. Keep your browser up to date.
  3. Have antivirus protection.
  4. Your password should be easy to remember, but hard to guess.
  5. Remember to log out of your account, if you are using a public computer.
To register for the Android or iOS version:
  • Open the mobile application and click on the “Register” link
  • Fill in the details provided, agree to the terms and conditions
  • Click on the Register button
  • You will be logged into the application.
To register for the Web version:
  • Go to https://premium.iortho.xyz/ and click on the “Register” link
  • Fill in the details provided
  • Agree to the terms and conditions
  • Answer a visual captcha test
  • Click the Register button
For security purposes, you are asked to register and verify your email. After registering, you will receive a message in your registered email address. Clicking on the link will verify and confirm your account. Please check your spam/junk bin in case your server did not recognize the incoming email.
No, you have to verify your email in order to purchase the monthly or yearly subscription. Verifying your email enables us to send you purchase receipts, promotional offers, future updates, etc.
Yes, you can. For Android or iOS versions:
  • Navigate to your profile screen
  • You will see a “Verify email” button, click on it to receive another verification mail
  • Please check your spam folder if you are not able to find the email.
  • Follow the instructions and verify your email address.
For the Web version:
  • Click on the “My Account” option from the “Account” tab on navbar.
  • Click on the “please verify your email address” link.
  • You will receive another verification email.

If you remember your old password, you can change your password. If you do not remember your old password, you will need to reset your password. To change your password:
  • Navigate to the profile screen
  • Click on “My Account”
  • On the My Account screen, click on “Change Password”
  • Fill your old password and new password details and click on the “Change Password” button.
To reset your password:
  • Click on the “Forgot Password” link at the login screen
  • You will be navigated to the forgot password screen
  • Enter your email for receiving a password reset message
  • Follow the instructions in the email message and reset to a new password
  • Please check your spam folder if a message does not appear in a reasonable time.
To change your email follow these steps:
  • Click on My Account
  • Click on the Update Profile
  • Locate the email ID text field on the screen, enter the new email ID.
  • Click on “Update Profile
  • On successful updating, the new email ID would be set as your default email ID.
  • You will receive a confirmation email message for this change as well.
Yes, you can. To edit your profile:
  • Navigate to the profile screen and click on the “Update Profile” button
  • You will be redirected to the Update profile screen where you can modify your basic user details.

Yes, it is possible. Navigate to the purchase screen, where you first purchased your monthly/yearly subscription. Cancel your current purchase (yearly/monthly) and select the option to which you want to change your plan. You will be notified by email of a successful upgrade/downgrade, respectively.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription but you will no longer be a Premium subscriber of iOrtho+®. Access to all content will be revoked. You will revert to a “Demo User” having access to only one joint i.e. shoulder. Each platform handles a subscription cancellation differently:
  • For iOS
Apple handles all the billing for in-app-purchases made on iOS devices and they do not provide us with any ability to process refunds. You can reach them at https://getsupport.apple.com You can usually get subscriptions refunded within 30 days of purchase, but it is at their discretion.
  • For Android
Google handles all the billing for in-app-purchases made on android devices and they do not provide us with any ability to process refunds. You have to request a refund from Google play store. Click here to navigate to google play store: https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions?package=com.dtgenterprises.iorthopremium You can usually get subscriptions refunded within 30 days of purchase, but it is at their discretion.
  • For Web version
Hover over to the “Account” tab, select “My Account.” Click on Manage subscription, on the manage subscription screen, click on “Cancel subscription.”
